Welcome to SeniorJuris. These terms govern your use of our legal services, information products, and goods. By accessing our offerings, you agree to these terms.

1. Scope of Services

SeniorJuris provides tailored legal assistance for seniors, including document preparation, estate planning, and consultations. Services are delivered in person, by phone, or via video conference.

2. Information Products

We offer digital guides, workbooks, and webinars designed for seniors seeking legal knowledge. Access is granted after purchase and may include downloadable materials.

3. Goods

SeniorJuris may offer printed materials and toolkits. Goods are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

4. Fees and Billing

All fees are due at the time of purchase or engagement. We accept credit cards and other standard payment methods. Unpaid balances may result in suspension of access or service.

5. Scheduling and Rescheduling

Appointments for legal services can be rescheduled without extra charge if requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Requests made later may incur a fee equal to 50% of the service charge.

6. Refund Policy

Legal Services: Fees for scheduled consultations, document drafting, and representation are non-refundable due to the time and resources allocated. You may reschedule as outlined above.

Information Products: If you request a refund within 14 days of purchase, we will cancel access and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 days of approval. To request, contact us via our form.

Goods: You may request a refund or replacement of goods within 30 days of receipt. Items must be sent back in original condition. Contact us via our form for instructions. We cover return shipping only if the item is defective or incorrect.
